1️⃣ Med-Ball Push Throws + Sprints (from a knee)
Start on a knee, drive the ball forward with your hips and core, then explode into a sprint. This drill builds that first-step burst every outfielder and baserunner needs.
2️⃣ Lying Med-Ball Overhead Throws
Power starts from the ground up — this movement trains your ability to transfer energy through your body and generate fast-twitch power from your core to your arms.
3️⃣ Jumping Lunges → Broad Jumps
Go one lap of lunges to build rhythm and balance, then broad jumps to develop horizontal force. Together, they train the lower body to stay powerful and explosive through movement.
