→ Ingredients
25ml of Absolut Elyx vodka
15ml of Suze liqueur
20ml of sugar syrup
10ml of lemon juice
75ml of champagne
Garnish: Mint sprigs
→ How to make it
1. Pour all the ingredients (except the champagne) into a shaker full of ice cubes.
2. Shake and strain into a chilled copper balloon cup filled with more ice cubes.
3. Pour the champagne over and stir.
4. Garnish and serve ✨
