Canine Companions Prison Puppy Raising Program offers incarcerated individuals an incredible opportunity to raise our
#puppies and prepare them to become expertly trained
#servicedogs — a chance to make a meaningful impact and give back to their communities. 🐾
This stunning artwork was created by an artist currently incarcerated at San Quentin Rehabilitation Center in Northern California, who’s also a proud supporter of our puppy raising program there. Their generous donation celebrates both our 50th anniversary and shared mission to provide expertly trained service dogs to adults, children and veterans with disabilities—completely free of charge. 🐾
We’re deeply grateful for their talent, creativity and generosity. 🐕🦺💙
