John Fetterman (D-PA) said he would support Republicans eliminating the Senate’s filibuster, which would allow them to pass funding with a majority vote, rather than needing to pass a 60-vote threshold. Fetterman was just one of three Democrats to vote with Republicans to pass the Continuing Resolution prior to the government being shutdown.
