Every holiday season, we have traditions we like to keep as a family, and getting tickets to the @MetOpera is one of them. It’s always so magical this time of year! The Magic Flute is one of our favorite performances at the Met. I took the kids last year and plan to go back next week. This year, I also had the opportunity to sit in on one of their rehearsals. The Met has translated this opera to English, making it easier for everyone in the family to follow along. Running under two hours with no intermission, this performance is ideal for kids and a great way to introduce them to opera!
