The Asiyah Center showed up at the ICE Out of NYC rally to stand in solidarity with our immigrant and refugee communities 💜 Many domestic violence survivors are immigrants or refugees, and that makes it even harder for them to fully break free from abuse. Legal, financial, and systemic barriers often stand in the way. This is why we continue to show up in the streets and in our services to support them every step of the way. This Saturday we’re hosting our Miles for Migrants 5K Walkathon to raise funds for our Immigrant and Refugee Relief Program.
