I’m not gonna even lie; I haven’t had this much fun making beats in a very long time, and I’ve been second-guessing myself a lot more than usual. On top of burnout from work and other life stresses, I think I’ve just been overthinking a lot of things in the efforts of trying to be a better mixer and content creator, and learning from a lot from my engineers and peers. Honestly, these days it feels like I’m stuck in place sometimes. I kind of lost my way and the reason why I do this, but plugins like CHORDimost (@leestruments) and Luma (@lumaplugin) just gave me enough of a blank canvas to launch and create something very cool.
