LIONS BEAT LANCERS ON SENIOR DAY: It was a victorious Senior Day for the jserra.girlstennis team on Tuesday, as the Lions defeated the Orange Lutheran Lancers 14-4 in a Trinity League match at JSerra Catholic High School. The Lions are now 15-3 overall and 4-1 in league play. JSerra found equitable success in both doubles and singles action, winning seven of nine sets in each. Freshman Madison Mann produced a clean sweep of her singles play, winning by scores of 6-2, 6-1, and 6-0. Sophomore Isabella Geffre was also a multi-set winner, claiming triumphs of 6-1 and 6-2. Sophomore Milana Leffler (6-2) and freshman Angela Li (6-1) also added singles victories. Junior Naomi Clarke and sophomore Ava Levitanus earned 6-4 and 6-1 wins in doubles, with Clarke completing an undefeated day by joining forces with senior Caitlyn Davidson for a 6-2 win.
