This one’s SUPER USEFUL and you can also find it on the official android website. The way I found this was way back my S22+ randomly started slowing down to the point where it was basically too annoying to use. After discovering this method and doing a bit of trial and error I discovered a wallpaper app (with the coolest wallpapers 🥲) was slowing my phone down. Now once you follow the steps in the video and if you find out it’s an app slowing down your phone, you have to get a little creative. To find out which app it is, look around your phone and think to yourself which app do you not 100% trust. It’s probably not google drive slowing down your phone for example.
