After every fight I go straight back to robot mode and never actually stop and take a minute to let anything sink in. I’m a busy gal 😅 …so to take off after my fight and take some time out for me was huge . Especially to a country i had no real idea about or a plan , but it was the best thing I’ve done. Sometimes you just have to stop & feel. #calmafterthestorm
