Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says Moscow’s terms for peace in Ukraine have not changed since Presidents Putin and Trump met in Alaska in August. Lavrov also said that ‘’dishonesty of most Western media is notorious,’ in response to CNN's reports that talks between the Russian and US leaders had been postponed. Lavrov also said that he had agreed with the US Secretary of State Marco Rubio to continue contacts by phone.
