Tonight I had the pleasure of being an executive partner to the usfmuma college of business “Interview Ready” event at The Bellini Center for Talent Development on campus. Being in Talent Acquisition for 15+ years with a majority of those years recruiting and hiring early career talent for Fortune 100-500s, I would be doing a disservice to the students seeking coaching, feedback and my opinion on their interviewing skills.
