Great things continue to happen with the Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) at the SEDA-COG MPO! We partner with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) to provide FREE training classes on roadway safety and maintenance issues for elected municipal officials and staff, including public works directors, roadmasters, foremen, managers, equipment operators, engineers, and law enforcement.
