Celebrated AAPI heritage month at the New Jersey Senate today with a nomination to be honored by Senator rajmukherji 🥹 When I left the classroom a year ago, I was mostly concerned about losing my identity as an educator. Over the years, it becomes such an integral part of you that cannot be easily separated. Yet, I never had to abandon the teacher in me— in fact, the classroom just got bigger & the reach wider.
