It is NOT the reason I resigned from teaching, but it did not help to understand the lengths some would go to try to take an educator down. They were unsuccessful 🤪 Teachers need community members on their side. They need you to assume good intent…because in 16 years, I came across only a small handful who didn’t have the absolute best intentions for kids. Are all teachers perfect? NO. Every profession has its bad eggs. But please do not let words like “Pro Parent, Pro Child, & Transparency for all” fool you. These are the folks claiming that it’s your child’s teacher convincing them to be gay or altering their gender in the midst of a school day. These are folks making far reaching claims about vile material in your child’s school library that need to be banned - so fire the librarian while you’re at it.
