Susannah Scaroni is one of the most decorated wheelchair racers in the world. With dozens of marathon titles and an Olympic medal under her belt, suscaroni was truly at the peak.
But in the blink of an eye, her entire racing career was thrown in jeopardy.
After the 2021 Olympics, Susannah was hit by a car while training and went through a grueling recovery process. Through it, she'd go on to learn that being patient with herself and her body also made her a stronger athlete.
