WISE Seattle Summit Speaker Spotlight: Karen Wilkins-Mickey 🌟 Karen Wilkins-Mickey is the VP of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and is in her 5th Season with the @seahawks. Before joining the Seattle Seahawks, Karen worked for several PNW companies, including Alaska Air Group, Microsoft, and Expedia, in Senior Global Diversity and Inclusion Strategy roles. She earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from California State University, Chico, and participated in the first McKinsey Black Executive Leadership Program, where she represented a cohort of Black leaders at Alaska Air Group alongside peers from various industries. Karen serves on several external Diversity, Equity & Inclusion committees and boards, helping to drive this work across a variety of industries across the U.S. Karen is committed to helping people and organizations reach their full potential.
