A day full of magpies and memories that will last a lifetime. 🖤🤍✨ Eight year old James, a passionate Collingwood fan, had one very special wish, to meet his heroes at the Collingwood_FC and attend a game. And recently, that wish became a reality in the most unforgettable way. With his handmade player cards, James lit up the AIA Vitality Centre as he met the entire Collingwood team, shared high-fives, gifted artwork, and even received a pair of signed, game-worn boots from Scott Pendlebury. His favourite player Tim Membrey made time for a heartfelt chat, and Coach Craig McRae, moved by James’ beautiful letter and magpie painting, gave him a big hug and said, “Thank you for making my day.” 🥹 From a pumped-up footy filled with “special Collingwood air” to learning how to nail a checkside kick, James soaked up every moment.
