If you’ve been following me for a while now, you know that I am deeply passionate about breastfeeding being transparent sharing my journey navigating all of its ups & downs. By the grace of God I was able to bf Madison for 16 months (stopped during my first trimester of pregnancy w/ Josh), and Joshua for just over a year. Breastfeeding has to be one of the hardest but most rewarding things I’ve ever done! The cracked nipples, mastitis, lactation consultant visits, late nights, early mornings, pumping sessions while at work and on the road were taxing but completely worth it! To know that my babies obtained all the nutrients they needed to thrive directly from me was amazing. To know that I could give them the very best from the very beginning, all the way through their first year of life was a complete blessing.
