And if this gal with arthritic wrists and zero arm muscle (back in the day) can get to push ups on her toes- so can you. Here’s how you do it: 1️⃣ Determine which level you’re at 2️⃣ Do as many push ups in a set as you can at the next hardest level, even if it’s just 1-2 3️⃣ Once you cannot do any more reps, finish the reps in the set at your current level. Repeat for every set. 4️⃣ Over time, try to do more and more reps at the hardest level until all reps are at the hardest level. 5️⃣ Repeat with the next level until you’re at push ups on toes! Progression (easiest to hardest) 1. On Wall 2. On Wall, Single Leg 3. Hands Elevated on a Chair/Bend 4. Hands elevated on a chair/bench (lower surface) 5. One knee down 6. Knees Up / Toes Down ...
