Injury is an inevitable part of the sport experience. Coaches should be aware of how to assist athletes in returning to the volleyball court post-injury in a safe and effective manner. Aaron Brock, USA Volleyball’s Director of Sport Medicine and Performance guides coaches through ways they can assist care providers (e.g., doctors, physical therapists, athletic trainers) in progressively re-introducing their athletes to the demand of the game.
