This Feature Friday, we’re shining the spotlight on Newell Hall!
Newell Hall was built in 1910 and is situated on the corner of Buckman Drive and Stadium Road. It’s the third oldest building on our campus. It’s a student-inspired and student-designed study space on campus. Student Government sponsored this space and even brought it to the Governor for support! It is a space for students, by students that’s an active learning environment for undergraduate and graduate students. It even houses the Center for Undergraduate Research on the second floor!
