I’ve been legit balding lately from the stress overload I’ve been experiencing for the last 4 months, so I’ve started my journey of living softer so that my nervous system can recalibrate and let me grow hair again. 😀 here’s how I did that this weekend - & yes it might seem mundane but romanticizing the small things and moving slower is what keeps me from going insane. a snapshot of my weekend: 1. started the weekend slow and gave my mind some space to breathe 2. took myself out for something that made me happy (and full lol) 3. spent time celebrating my mom’s love in my own little way 4. found peace in cooking again 5. played something cozy & got off my phone for a mental reset 6. finally organized my thoughts for the week ahead 7. giggled at the chaos that lives in my brother’s home 8. had a superrr nostalgic music moment that felt like going back in time 9. ended my weekend with a small reminder from the universe that i’m exactly where i’m meant to be 💗 #weekendreset #c...
