Metropolitan Police Chief #PamelaSmith announced that four men and a teenage boy were shot around 8:20 p.m. in the 600 block of Howard Place NW, near the university’s architecture building. She also confirmed that none of the individuals who were shot were students at Howard University although the shooting occurred during their homecoming. ______________________________ Two suspects are in custody, and three weapons were recovered near the scene.
