Sunshine, run club and the perfect pair of running shoes - what more could you ask for? ☀️🏃🏻‍♀️   Took the new Altra Experience Flow out for 13 miles / 21 km, and let me tell you, it was pure bliss. These shoes are super lightweight, with a 4 mm drop and slight rocker shape that make them a dream for those easy, carefree runs when you just want to get out, have fun and feel amazing.   With Chicago Marathon training kicking off next week, you can bet you’ll be seeing these on repeat in my shoe rotation 🙌   Did this run in two segments: knocked out 9 miles / 15 km with some long run friends, then joined up with run club to tackle the rest and finish off the half marathon distance.   #altrarunning #stayoutthere #runningshoes #roadrunning #runclub
