In delaying breakfast until noon and doing this circuit twice a week, mixed with other exercises, my daughter lost 8 pounds, her roommate lost 10 and I lost 4 in a month. Here's what to do... I'll show modifications in stories following video and down below.
Round 1: 10 pendulum lunges, 10 push-ups, one minute of upper body pulls, 10 lower back extensions, 10 lat pulls or renegade rows each side.
Round 2: 8 pendulum lunges, 8 push ups, one minute of upper body pulls, 10 back extensions, 8 lat pulls/renegade rows
Round 3: 6 pendulum lunges, 6 push-ups, one minute of upper body pulls, 10 back extensions, 6 lat pulls/renegade rows
Round 4: 4 pendulum lunges, 4 push-ups, one minute of upper body pulls, 10 back extensions, 4 lat pulls/renegade rows
Round 5: 2 pendulum lunges, 2 push-ups, one minute of upper body pulls, 10 back extensions, 2 lat pulls/rebadge rows
