Create a family wellness space.... I prioritized our own bodies over the bodies of our cars and designed a family fitness space that is arguably the most used area of our home. Although I know that everyone isn't able to convert their garage into a family gym, there are elements of this design that anyone can incorporate ... and I've pieced it all together for you in an LTK post. The flooring is peel and stick from @havenfloors but if you have a smaller area, I'll share the oversized floor mat that may work in your home. I used peel and stick wallpaper to cover cinderblock but you can also hang a wall mount for equipment. The Sputnik light and much of the equipment are all @amazonhome finds. We did add a mini split from @mitsubishielectricus but our @bigassfans also cools the space by 10 degrees. (We only had a fan in Tennessee.) For the kids play area, many of the pieces came from @projectplayrooms and I used a peel and stick mural from @fervourliving for the rock wall backdrop...
