Here are a few ways to refresh your bedroom .. and include a home office if you have a long wall or bay window calling for an upgrade! 1. Add wood trim/board and batten to an accent wall to make a big statement. This can be done for under $150 with some wood strips and paint. I used @sherwinwilliams Pure White for the accent wall and Incredible Wall for the rest of the room (and house.) 2. Layer neutral linens ... don't forget the Euro pillows to give your bed some height and depth. (I have a TikTok video on bed styling.) This is a mix of @potterybarn and my popular @target sheets! 3. Add a writing desk or console to a long wall for a convenient home office. 4. Hang short drapery rods on either side of a big window to add some texture to your space. You don't always need one long rod across a grouping of windows. You can get 18" ones that are perfect for flanking a window set. 5.
