Alright ladies... you have SPOkEN.. let's do this... THREE EXERCISES A DAY I've been working with a trainer, twice a week, over the last month or so to help with toning and strength.. all with bad knees and some weird shoulder pain. I was skeptical that mostly body weight exercises and walking would make a huge difference but IT HAS! My legs are noticeably more shapely and my knee pain is almost gone because the trainer said pain is often an indicator of weakness. The less muscle strength you have around your knees; the more they will hurt! He offered to put something together for us.. 3 exercises a day that you start with or incorporate into your own routine. They don't look hard but they are.. and they work. Please comment (again if you did in stories) below in what you need help with or struggle areas. We'll just share a minute or two each day so join in if you want to TRAIN WIRH US or scroll past in the morning if it's not for you. Also, focus on eating within a window.. ...
