Hang with the herd this National Bison Day! 🦬 Takoda, Teetoka, Willow and Juniper are American bison that know how to have fun! They love interacting with special enrichment like trees, hay bales and pumpkins. And these photos are just a taste of the action. 😃 Join us at their habitat this Saturday, November 1, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a National Bison Day celebration. There will be educational activities and fun facts about these American beauties. 📹 Check back to our social channels for a special video of these four enjoying these fall-time enrichment treats! #DetroitZoo #NationalBisonDay #Education #Animal
