🌿🤝 MAKING A DIFFERENCE: Hundreds of volunteers of all ages fanned out across Venice Saturday morning for the City’s 12th Make a Difference Day, landscaping, mulching, raking, planting, trimming, cleaning and collecting litter at over 25 City parks, beaches and public spaces. This citywide community service effort during Florida City Week saves the City thousands of dollars and benefits our local environment. Jim Foubister of One Christ Won City and Together We Can is the chief organizer of the event, with assistance from City Public Works staff. 💚 A heartfelt thank you to the hundreds of volunteers who rolled up their sleeves and got to work! Your time and effort show what can be accomplished when we come together for a common cause.
