The last Section 8 check (at least as of today) is in the bank. The Public Housing Authorities have made it abundantly clear that December is pretty touch and go. So where can we find rent relief for our tenants?  Some investors will say that this is the tenant’s responsibility to figure out. I disagree. Or at least, I believe there are no downsides to helping. This search is where I’d start if I had a tenant who was struggling OR if I was a renter who was struggling to make ends meet. Then as payments came in I’d be using rentrediofficial to track and appropriately deduct from the current month’s rent. Hopefully that was helpful!
