It’s been quite a while since I’ve taken a biology class! Luckily, zenanaut, astro_kutryk, matthew.dominick & I are going through biomedical training that is teaching/refreshing us on the basics of cell biology, molecular biology, ultrasounds, and flow cytometry. The skills we learn here will be important not just for conducting scientific research on the space station, but also for ensuring we maintain a safe and healthy environment for ourselves while onboard. We stepped outside to take air samples for analysis in the coming days. #newastronauts
