Doing everything I can in these last 2 months of the year to lock tf in and achieve what’s possible🫡. Here’s some of what I’m doing 👇🏼
-steady state cardio 4x a week, heavy cardio 2x a week
-4-5 lifts a week
-focusing on total body health
-adding in more fun workouts (pilates, sculpt, etc)
-getting back into journaling
-posting as consistent and as much as I can for the next 60 days
