Yesterday, October 16, The Philadelphia City Council and Councilmember kendraphlcouncil honored us alongside thephiladelphiasisters for our efforts to grow women’s sports culture here in Philly! This could not have been possible without the amazing women’s sports community coming together consistently to show our support. Philly has the best sports culture in the world and there is so much women’s sports history here. thephiladelphiasisters have fought for over 6 years to bring professional women’s sports teams to Philly and we are so happy to see their success with Unrivaled and the WNBA. The deep history this city has in women’s sports cannot and will not be erased. That is why we are here.
