Today's Anniversary Spotlight is Bill! Bill is a Mechanical Engineer and is celebrating his 4th anniversary with Trinks! "Seeing a project completed successfully is very rewarding. I take pride all the way from the proposal to the final product testing and shipping. Although my involvement is more concentrated between those specific functions, it's very rewarding seeing the job complete." In Bill's 4 years at Trinks, he says his biggest skill learned has been patience and adaptability. "I have learned the value of different techniques to strengthen these skills throughout my entire career, including my time here at Trinks." Bill hopes to build enough experience in the next 4 years to partially fill one of Ron's (Mechanical Engineer, 34 years) big shoes when he decides to retire.
