The winner of the #BestOf20 all-time best Eagles captain fan vote is.... Riley Nelson! Nelson was a center for the team from 2003-2014 and wore the "C" from 2009-2014. During his time with the Eagles, Nelson hoisted the Ray Miron President's Cup twice, both in 2005 and 2007. Nelson served as an alternate captain from 2004-2008 until earning the title of captain in 2009. He was named the CHL Man of The Year during the 2006-07 season, was an all-star in the 06-07 and 09-10 seasons, and was a 3-time member of the all-CHL team. Over the 11 seasons, Nelson was with the Eagles, he became the franchise leader in goals, assists and points. #EaglesCountry #BestOf20
