Jamaica Observer's Arthur Hall is reporting from Rousseau Road in South St Andrew, where a live electrical wire has fallen across the roadway. “That is a live wire on Rousseau Road, in South St Andrew. A JPS pole broke, and residents are here trying to direct motorists away from what they warn is a fully generated wire in the middle of the roadway,” Hall said. The incident occurred in the vicinity of William Road, which connects Rousseau Road to Maxfield Avenue.
