Legendary radio icon Pierre Robert has died, according to a statement from Beasley Media Group. For more than four decades, Robert brought his love for rock music to listeners on his midday show on 93.3 WMMR radio. The statement said Robert was found dead in his home on Wednesday and police do not believe any foul play was involved. Aside from his work as a radio host, Robert was known for giving back to causes close to his heart including the Aids Walk and other charitable organizations.
