EXO’s Chen, Baekhyun (
@baekhyunee_exo), and Xiumin (
@e_xiu_o) stated that they’ve agreed to all conditions proposed by SM Entertainment for EXO’s (
@weareone.exo ) full-group comeback later this year.
But SM quickly fired back, denying their claim and calling it a distortion of facts.
“We’ve won every legal dispute so far,” SM said. “The only thing we asked from the three members was to pay the 10% of their solo activity revenue as outlined in the 2023 agreement — something that still hasn’t been fulfilled.”
SM continued,
“Due to repeated disputes, mutual trust has been deeply damaged — not only between the parties, but also within EXO as a team. The members’ sincere efforts to restore that trust should come before any group activity.”
They also revealed that, contrary to CBX’s claim of full acceptance,
“The trio actually filed an objection on October 16, after stating on October 2 that they’d agreed to all terms.”
