Seoul Central District Court has ruled that the exclusive contract between ADOR and NewJeans (newjeans_official) remains valid. The court found that NewJeans did not have sufficient grounds to terminate the agreement, confirming the 2022 contract as still effective. All issues raised by NewJeans were dismissed, with the court siding entirely with ADOR. Following the verdict, NewJeans’ legal representative stated they would “immediately appeal” the decision.
