The Kano Hisbah, a religious police force in Nigeria, has arrested 25 people who were reportedly attending an alleged same-sex marriage ceremony. The raid took place at an event centre in the Tarauni Local Government Area of Kano State following a tip-off. Hisbah officials stated they broke up the gathering on Saturday night.
