Found out Taekwondo is like 80% legs鈥攕o lower body flexibility and mobility are a must! The instructor emphasized that you have to push through physical and mental pain to level up and get the technique down. I was struggling with those stretches and I still feel it today 馃槶. Regardless, it was a great time, shoutout to my training partners 馃挭馃徔.
