#TrackingMelissa: A downed lightpost along Arthur Wint Drive, near the Bustamante Hospital for Children, in St Andrew, as Category 4 Hurricane Melissa batters Jamaica. A JPS personnel was on the scene. Melissa made landfall around midday in Westmoreland, bringing destructive winds and heavy rainfall across all of Jamaica, and is expected to move past the island by the end of today. (taylor2nd )
