Prior to kickoff at 6:25 p.m., 29 seniors were recognized for Senior Night. Seniors Jack Reeves, Christian Shaw, Davis Eakes, Hunter Wittmer, Vince Kopp, Tucker Ward, Alex Wonderly, Trey Pendleton, Henry Stiglic, Brady Boxberger, Gage Mayfield, Eric Schlote, Reed Crutchfield, Paxton Ochs, Ezra Pastine, Brock Rider, Michael English, Noah Jewell, Mete Ozkan, Hank Hunter, Will Shelton, Gabe Wallace, Elijah Wilson, Kingston Savich, Mason Bruner, Fletcher Douglass, Quentin Ochs and Ayden Mooney were honored. Each senior was escorted by family members during the ceremony. The game kicked off at 7 p.m., with the Lancers punting to the Shawnee Mission Northwest Cougars. The Cougars scored first on a 29-yard touchdown pass with three minutes left in the first quarter. At the start of the second quarter, senior David Eakes scored on a 1-yard rushing touchdown.
