🌱 Now Is the Time to Grow Together 🌱 Right now, more than ever, it’s time to collaborate and grow food. Whether you live in an apartment, have a backyard, or just a single bucket, you can grow something. I’ve been working on several community projects focused on mutual aid and food security, because when we grow food, we grow freedom. Last week, an incredible partner Wanda Mosley from Black Voters Matter joined the Legacy Seed Box Program, and now it’s expanding nationwide! That means families across the United States will soon be able to receive free garden kits, giving them the power to grow food for their families all year round. A few years ago, I launched the Lovejoy Library Seed Bank Program, still operating strong today. Anyone in Clayton County with an ID can visit Lovejoy Library and choose from hundreds of varieties of seeds, up to 24 free seed packs each year.
