So it turns out that I have GALLSTONES😫 Back in March I went to my annual physical and though my blood has always come back “by the book” as my doctor says… of course, the year I turn 40 I have high alk phos and I go to get an u/s and sure enough: I have gallstones! If you know me personally, you know I was freaking out. Long story long, since March, I’ve been eating better when I remember I have these stones💎and last week when Dave and I went out for date night, I had tacos and tequila and my jewels did not like that at all. So much so I ended up in the urgent care the next day. I got note bloodwork this past week, another u/s yesterday and sure enough they are there. So I’ve been very cranky and emotional this entire week bc it’s new to me and most importantly I’ve been so SCARED to eat anything.
