#35weekspregnant: and im not going to lie, the nerves are kicking in💗so I’ve been praying my birth affirmations. I’ve had two c-sections and this will be my third. And to be fully transparent, even saying that feels a little “shameful” sometimes because the mother shaming online is intense... it’s so sad in my eyes because I feel like someone would judge me because I didn’t deliver “normal”. But to me, all births are beautiful, for my personal circumstances I had to have Ben as an emergency c-section... and Emme’s surgery after was a breeze... it was actually relaxing and the recovery was great. So my prayer is that this time around my baby and I will feel the same peace, love and safety we did last time. So I wanted to share some of the affirmations I’ve been practicing.
