Tomorrow almost 2 million New Yorkers will lose their SNAP benefits, which isn't an accident but a dream come true for the current government. Project 2025 aims to dismantle many foundational programs of the social safety net, such as Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP/food stamps), Medicaid, Title I funding for disadvantaged schools, Head Start early childhood services, and affordable housing initiatives and they are 60% done with what they wanted to archive with the help of the pumpkin president. We all need to do more than just vote to turn things around, but for now we offer everyone that lost their SNAP benefits a free breakfast in our store, Monday to Friday 8am till noon.
