They have also agreed to a temporary custody agreement for Halo.  _________________ As The Shade Room reported, Halle filed a DVRO on May 13, 2025, and DDG filed his on June 3, 2025. According to the signed court documents, both parties are aligned and dropping both.  _________________ The temporary custody agreement will commence in phases. For the first 60 days, DDG will have physical custody of Halo every Wednesday from morning until evening. He will also have Halo each month on the second and fourth Saturday. Halle will have Halo all other times.  _________________ For the next 60 days, DDG will be allowed to have Halo overnight on some days.
